At Popband we offer Free Delivery on all Popband orders to UK addresses that are £10 or over. Our Free Delivery service usually takes 3-5 working days. We send everything 2nd class in a fabulous shiny pink envelope!
Alternatively select Standard Delivery if you want your order sent 1st class in a fabulous shiny pink envelope, this service costs £1.50 and will get you order to you in 2-3 working days.
Or, if you've left it a bit late and you need an order in hurry, we can offer an Express Delivery option for £8 - this will get your order to you in 1-2 working days, again in a fabulous shiny pink envelope!!
For International Delivery, we can deliver to a European address for only £2... for anywhere else in the world (U.S.A, Japan, China, Australia etc) the shipping cost is only £3 (don't worry, it will still come in a shiny pink envelope!).
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should also consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
